How onboarding works

There is no separate demo booking flow. You create an account and complete setup in the portal. Business access uses your email and password plus a code texted to your phone.

Create an accountSee how onboarding works

  1. 1.Create an account

Sign up with email and password. That identity is for business users. Website visitors later get a separate anonymous session inside the widget.

  2. 2.Name your business and connect your site

After signup you enter your business name and public website URL in one step. The server creates your organization, connects the site, and your assistant starts learning it right away.

  3. 3.Let the assistant learn your site

Your assistant reads a few key pages of your website and writes what it needs to know as short skills you can read and edit. The setup wizard shows when it is ready. You can dismiss setup and explore the portal anytime.

  4. 4.Choose a plan

Subscribe to turn on your assistant. Billing entitlements come from verified Stripe webhooks on the server, not from browser claims.

  5. 5.Install the widget

Create an installation in the setup wizard and paste the embed snippet before the closing body tag on your site. Allowed origins are enforced. Revoking the installation stops public service.

  6. 6.Talk, watch, and take over

A visitor asks a question. If the conversation is in AI mode, the agent replies from your knowledge. In the portal you can pause that, take over, and send a human reply.

After those steps you can invite coworkers, connect email or ADF destinations if you need them, and review usage. For capability detail see the product overview.
