What does AI Chats do?
It is a self-service platform for businesses. You create an account, connect a public website, install a small chat widget, and an AI agent answers visitors using knowledge taken from that site. Staff use a web portal to read conversations, pause the AI, and take over as a human.
Who is it for?
Any business with a public website that wants on-site chat grounded in its own pages and catalog. The first pilot vertical is automotive dealerships. Dealership-only behavior (such as ADF XML lead delivery) is an adapter, not the core product.
How do I get started?
Create an account with email and password, create an organization and location, connect a public website origin, and paste the embed snippet on pages where visitors should see the widget. There is no separate demo scheduler; signup is self-service.
Will the agent always be accurate?
No. Language models can be wrong. The product retrieves from your connected sources, records provenance, and is designed to stay uncertain rather than invent inventory, pricing, hours, or availability. Your team can pause the AI or take over a conversation.
How much does it cost?
Paid plans start at $99.00 per month for Starter. Growth is $249.00, Scale is $499.00, and Enterprise is $1,499.00 per month. Annual billing saves 15%. Every plan has explicit usage allowances and hard safety ceilings; there is no economically unlimited tier.
Will search engines index my portal or widget?
No. Only the public marketing pages are meant to be indexed. The business portal, sign-in, sign-up, invite, embed, widget preview, APIs, and the embed script are excluded from the sitemap and marked so they are not indexed.
