From browsing to a next step
Meet the shopper at the question.
A dealership chatbot should know where to look and when to hand things over. Quicklook Chat connects your website, conversations, and lead delivery without asking your staff to maintain another inventory database.

Inventory answers from your actual website.
Help shoppers explore new and used vehicles using the listings, filters, prices, and vehicle details your site makes available. Current inventory is read live when it is needed, rather than answered from an old inventory copy.
Your website stays the source. Your team confirms the details.
- 02
A useful conversation before a contact form.
Let shoppers ask questions before they share their details. When they want a test drive, a callback, or more information, the assistant can offer a short contact form. A lead is saved only with permission, then sent to the destinations you configure.
Email your team, deliver ADF XML to your CRM, or use both.
- 03
Your people can pick up where AI leaves off.
Give your sales and internet teams the conversation history in one portal. Staff can pause the AI, take over, and reply directly. Review what the assistant learned about your dealership and edit its instructions as your business changes.
Human follow-up stays in your team's hands.

Before you connect
Car dealership chat, explained.
How does the dealership chatbot find current inventory?
Quicklook Chat learns how your website searches and filters its listings, then reads current inventory and vehicle pages live when a shopper asks. It does not keep a separate inventory database. Results depend on what your website publishes and allows the assistant to read.
Can dealership leads go to our CRM?
Yes. Add your CRM's lead email address in the portal and each lead is delivered as ADF XML, the auto-lead format dealership CRMs read, with the vehicle from the page the shopper was on, when that page names one. You can also send lead notifications to your team's email, or both. A visitor's contact details become a lead only after they give permission. The first send happens during the chat, a failed send retries for hours, and the portal shows whether each lead was sent. Test your delivery setup before relying on it. If your CRM cannot take leads by email, tell us which one and we will build the connection.
Can our sales team take over a conversation?
Yes. Staff can read conversations in the business portal, pause AI replies, take over, and send a human message. Your team sees the existing conversation so the shopper does not have to start again.
Does it confirm test drives, financing, or vehicle availability?
A shopper can request a test drive, a callback, or more information and share contact details with permission. Your team handles the follow-up and confirmation. AI answers can be wrong; a chat answer is not a confirmed appointment, financing approval, or guarantee that a vehicle is available.
How do we add chat to our dealership website?
Create an account, connect the public website you own, and review the site study status and the pages it read. Add the supplied widget script to the pages where you want chat, configure your lead destinations, and test the shopper experience. Some websites restrict automated reading; the portal shows study failures so you can address them.
What does Quicklook Chat cost for a dealership?
Paid plans start at $99 per month. Every plan includes the product's core features, with different monthly capacity allowances and hard usage limits. Annual billing saves 15%. Each subscription covers one website. Quicklook Chat also serves other kinds of businesses; the dealership CRM adapter is an optional integration.
